Like I’ve said before, if you’re a programmer then it’s very simple to start earning money online. It just takes a few small jobs to build up your account in order to start really building your business. In fact, I did 2 jobs this week that took about 30 minutes each, earning $20 per job. That’s $40 per hour, which is a lot more than I earn in my regular job.

Now, you probably want to know where to go for programming work, right? My favorite place is to browse the Digital Point Forums. There is a forum where people can ask for help with PHP, ASP, HTML/CSS, and other programming languages. They also have an area to buy/sell Design Services, and Written Content as well.

Another place to get some work is at the Warrior Forum.  There are many successful Internet Marketers, as well as up-and-comers who need help getting their sites going.  I’ve made a couple great partnerships from this site, as well as earning a little bit of extra money.

You can also search out and go to freelance sites, but I’ve never gotten any work there.  I made a few bids, but haven’t pursued it too much.

I started a blog out at wordpress, but feel like I should move it here to my own dedicated site.  This is the first site that I had posted over there, and I will copy the other 2 posts over here as well.

I hope you all enjoy the house-warming party as I settle in here. You did bring a gift, right?

My goal is to build an income online through any means possible. I am a programmer, so I have started out by doing some freelance work, but that isn’t going to get me to the point where I can work when only I want to. I love programming, though, which is good because it provides MANY ways to start out earning money. I can then use what I earn to buy more reports, domains, and anything else I need to build my business without dipping into my already empty pocketbook.

I have actually been doing this for about 2 months now, and been pretty successful earning money through programming gigs. Unfortunately, I’m not able to use ALL the money to invest back into my biz, but I do have some to invest. Last month I was able to bring in somewhere around $350 just for doing miscellaneous programming stuff for people. One job alone paid me $130, which was quite nice. The rest of them are general things that paid $10 - $25. I was also able to build a site that sold for $30, which was a nice boost for my ego. That’s about it so far, and you should be caught up with where I am now. I will occasionally talk back about the things I’ve done until now, to help those that are just starting, but my goal is to go from this point to a sustainable, better than full-time income within the next year.
