This page is where I’m going to provide all of my various plugins that I create in my internet endeavors.
CJ Sid Builder Plugin - This Wordpress Plugin allows you to add a SID to the end of your Commission Junction affiliate links automatically. By doing this, you can tell which of your members completed the affiliate task. Simply activate the plugin just as you would any other plugin, then enter the letters “CJ” into the post that contains your link. The plugin will then add the SID to the end of the hyperlink that it finds in the post. In order to use this properly, ensure that there is only one hyperlink in your post.
Privacy Policy Plugin - Google recently added this statement to their TOS…
“You must have and abide by an appropriate privacy policy that clearly discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your users’ browser, or using web beacons to collect information, in the course of ads being served on your website. Your privacy policy should also include information about user options for cookie management.”
Now, if you have many sites to fix, than this could take quite a while for you. I created a simple plugin that makes it much easier for you to add a Privacy Policy to your Wordpress sites. Simply upload the plugin, activate it, and then create a Page on your site with the title of “Privacy Policy”. Make sure the title is exactly like that, otherwise it won’t work. You then have 2 options. You can either have it listed with your pages in the sidebar, or even create a direct link to the page in your footer.
